Kathy Ehman was a pleasure to listen to after reading Goldring. It helped to solidify some thoughts and ideas about the importance of school improvement plans. I am amazed to hear those who are well-versed in the SIP process already and am looking forward to seeing my love and interest grow in this area. The SIP plan being a requirement let's you know that you need to focus on it and make sure you are ready for it. No more fear, but only growth from here. I hope I can articulate all this information when it's my time to do so.
